AUCKLAND MOVES into LEVEL 3 for 7 days
From 6am, Sunday 28 February, Auckland will move into Level 3 for 7 days. The rest of New Zealand will move into Level 2 for this period.
RETAIL: The showroom will be closed to the public but selected retail products will be available to order for contactless pick-up or delivery. SHOWROOM BOOKINGS: All showroom bookings cannot go ahead during Level 3.
PIANO TECHNICIAN SERVICES: All Auckland scheduled piano tunings and servicing will be postponed until further notice. Piano tuning and maintenance services are still a go in the Wellington region with Level 2 physical distancing and contact-tracing measures in place.
MUSIC SCHOOL: Music lessons at all Auckland partner schools will be CANCELLED and customers will receive credits for the affected lessons. Music lessons at Great South Road studios will continue ONLINE via Skype with some exceptions. Music lessons at Wellington partner schools will continue FACE-TO-FACE with Level 2 contact tracing procedures in place.

AUCKLAND MOVES BACK TO LEVEL 1
From midnight Monday 22 February, Auckland will join the rest of New Zealand to Alert Level 1.
Please continue to stay vigilant and practice good hygiene.
Scan the QR Code using the NZ COVID Tracer app. Remember to turn on your Bluetooth!
Wash hands regularly with soap and water and dry them thoroughly. Hand sanitisers will be available in all public areas.
If you are feeling unwell, experiencing cold/flu symptoms, or have been to any of the recently identified locations of interest (click here), please stay home.

From midnight Wednesday 17 February (tonight), Auckland will move into Level 2 until Monday 22 February. The rest of New Zealand will move into Level 1 for this period.
RETAIL: The showroom will reopen to the public with increased hygiene measures. On arrival, all customers must register their details (either by scanning the official NZ COVID Tracer QR code or manually signing our Guest Register) and maintain a 2-metre distance from others at all times. We encourage all customers to wear face coverings (e.g. face masks) when and where possible. We are still able to offer phone or online piano consultations - email pianos@lewiseady.co.nz.
PIANO TECHNICIAN SERVICES: All scheduled piano tunings and servicing in Auckland will recommence with our Piano Technician practising safe physical distancing. For new appointment requests, email tuning@lewiseady.co.nz.
MUSIC SCHOOL: Music lessons at all Auckland partner schools (except for Pt Chevalier School and Ponsonby Primary) and Great South Road studios will re-commence face-to-face with Level 2 H&S and contact tracing procedures in place. CAFE: NOTE will open tomorrow (Thursday, 18th Feb) 7.00am - 1.00pm and resume usual business hours from Friday, 19th Feb. Our cafe staff will wear face masks and practice increased hygiene measures in line with the latest Government advice. Paywave payment preferred.

We kindly ask from all visitors...
Keep your own record of your whereabouts and who you meet each day via the NZ COVID Tracer app.
Continue to practice good hygiene: Wash hands regularly with soap and water and dry them well, cough/sneeze into tissues or your elbows then immediately wash your hands.
If you are sick or experiencing cold or flu symptoms, please stay home for the safety of others.

NOTE Cafe will resume Saturday opening hours (7.30am - 1.30pm) from 20 June.

The Skype Online Lesson is only available to be utilised between the music tutor and the intended student per the contracted lesson arrangement with the lesson provider.
Your Skype Online Lesson is covered by your usual term or lesson fee.
All views expressed in Skype Online Lessons are strictly of that teacher’s personal opinions.
To ensure optimum lesson experience, please make sure you are in a quiet space with minimal disruptions.
We are not able to provide refunds for discontinued or disrupted lessons due to connection issues from the students’ end.
Students will be required to call us via Skype at their designated lesson time.
All students agree not to record (audio and/or visual) these Skype lessons in any way.
Please note that our usual terms and conditions apply during this period - including four weeks notice of cancellation.

COVID-19 GUEST REGISTER
New Government rules for the hospitality sector. We ask that you please register your contact details when purchasing from the cafe; this information will be kept for four weeks.
We are closely monitoring The Ministry of Health guidelines, and we will continue to review procedures to ensure we are in line with the latest government advice. Should we need to close the showroom/cafe or restrict opening hours, we will communicate this promptly via our website and social channels (Facebook, Instagram).
