The Crown Jewel Collection from Steinway & Sons is an exclusive series of Steinway grand and upright pianos that feature a range of fine, striking wood veneers. Veneers include Mahogany, Walnut, Kewazinga Bubinga, East Indian Rosewood, and Macassar Ebony. Under the skilful hands of Steinway's master craftspeople, the magnificent Steinway piano is transformed into a one-of-a-kind instrument.
The unique grains on each delicate piece of veneer match precisely and evenly from one end of the piano to the other, even across the bevelled edge of the lid. Each Crown Jewel piano is also fitted with a Crown Jewels emblem on the soundboard and a single white diamond embedded into the fallboard. The result is an instrument that truly makes itself heard even before you touch the keys.

The Macassar Ebony is a very rare, precious wood from the Sulawesi Island in the Republic of Indonesia. As these trees are mostly small and slender, the wood that can be used as a finish is very rare. The fascinating texture of deep black to reddish-brown colours bring breathtaking power to the instrument.
The Steinway O-180 (Model O) is the largest of the Steinway baby grands. At 180 cm in length, it offers uncompromising sound and exceptional playing experience.
