Terms & Conditions:

By purchasing any item from the Lewis Eady retail store during this Promotion period, you agree to the following:

·       Promotion-specific terms and conditions as outlined below,

·       Lewis Eady privacy policy,

·       Subscription to future email communications from Lewis Eady, which you are free to opt out at any time by emailing pianos@lewiseady.co.nz.


General:

·       The Promotion commences at 9:30am NZST on Monday 29.04.2024 and will run until 4:30pm NZST on Saturday 04.05.2024 during standard retail store opening hours (Weekdays 9:30am – 5:30pm, Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm).

·       Pricing, promotions, and terms and conditions are correct at time of promotion and subject to change and may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.

·       15% off Steinway-designed Boston upright or grand pianos – not available in conjunction with any other piano offer/s.
·       15% off Steinway-designed Essex upright or grand pianos – not available in conjunction with any other piano offer/s.
 

Terms & Conditions:

1.     All transactions must be completed during the Promotion period to take advantage of the retail offers. Online orders and requests will only be processed if the full amount is paid within the Promotion period. A separate delivery fee, if applicable, may be applied to each sale. Lewis Eady does not offer payment plans.

2.     The retail offers are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3.     All sales made during the Promotion period are final. Customers are responsible for assessing that the product they wish to purchase is of acceptable quality at the time of purchase. Lewis Eady will not process refunds or exchanges for change of mind or circumstance. In the unlikely case that the product is faulty, Lewis Eady will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

4.     The Customer is responsible for taking basic and necessary care for their purchased instrument/s (www.lewiseady.co.nz/blog/instrument-hygiene) and understands that any costs associated with additional repair or restoration work due to poor maintenance are not covered by Lewis Eady.

5.     All Customers consent to their photos and videos being taken during the Promotion period in the retail store, and allows Chiron Group New Zealand (“Chiron”) full rights to use said content for promotional, fundraising, publicity or other purposes on print and digital channels, including but not limited to website, social media, TV and radio.

7.     Subject to any applicable law, which cannot be excluded, Lewis Eady and their employees are not responsible for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion and/or the use of the item/s purchased at the retail store.

8.     All decisions in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Lewis Eady reserves the right to extend, change, or terminate this Promotion at any time.

9.  This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Google.
