We are excited to be starting our 2023 concert season off with the Alex Ventling and Kim Paterson Duo. Hailing from New Zealand, Alex Ventling is becoming one of New Zealand’s finest jazz exports and is currently based in Trondheim, Norway. A European Master graduate, he will be reuniting with trumpet legend Kim Paterson for a concert in our Lewis Eady | Steinway NZ Showroom before he leaves once again for Europe.
Entitled ‘Explorations’, this concert will see the duo explore original music from Kim Paterson, as well as their favourite songs from the jazz standard repertoire.
