WELCOME TO TERM 3

WELCOME TO TERM 3

I hope you all had a restful break and are excited to embark on this uninterrupted 10-week journey of music and learning.

As we embrace the winter season, we look forward to a term full of enriching experiences, with students showcasing their talents through end-of-year performances that offer valuable opportunities for musical development and personal growth.

A special mention and congratulations to all students who performed at the Term 2 Great South Road Studio Student Concert in the beautiful Lewis Eady Steinway Piano Showroom. As usual, it was a wonderful showcase of musical talent and passion, with plenty of smiles and lots of encouragement from whānau.

REMINDER: LESSON BOOKINGS

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully to ensure your music lessons can start and continue without any disruptions.

  • Once a lesson time slot is reserved for you, it becomes unavailable to other customers. Therefore, please make sure your lesson day and time will work with you before your time slot is reserved for you.

  • Your booking for music lessons is yours until you let us know in writing that you no longer require lessons. All enrolled students will be invited to re-enrol at the end of each calendar year. Notification of cancellation must be emailed to musicschool@lewiseady.co.nz, not via tutors or other Lewis Eady or Chiron staff members.

  • We require four weeks’ notice if you intend to withdraw from lessons. If insufficient notice is given, you will be charged the four week cancellation period.

KIA ORA, ALISSA!

We are delighted to welcome Alissa Hunt to our administration team. Hailing from Los Angeles, California, Alissa brings many years of administration experience and is very excited to start this new journey at Lewis Eady.

GUITARS FOR BEGINNERS

Guitar remains one of our most popular instrument choices by students here at Lewis Eady Music School. Its versatility and accessibility make it an ideal instrument for beginners, offering a rich learning experience that spans various genres and styles. These are some of the reasons we encourage students to purchase their own instruments rather than hire, as owning your own instrument allows for more consistent practice and a deeper personal connection to the music.

To find out more about why the guitar is such a fantastic choice for aspiring musicians and the range of high-quality nylon-string guitars we have available for purchase following our recent guitar showroom liquidation (limited stock!), click here.
